Initiators

The SeedNL partnership works closely with the Dutch seed branch organization Plantum, the Dutch potato organization NAO and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature, who jointly finance innovations in sustainable and productive agriculture and seed sector transformation.

SeedNL is hosted by Netherlands Food Partnership.

Governance

The Board of Directors consists of representatives of the Ministries, Plantum and NAO. The Board meets at least once a year to supervise the operational work of SeedNL. The Account Managers maintain an overview of SeedNL activities and initiatives and meet two to three times a year. The SeedNL Sounding Board group comprises a number of engaged Dutch stakeholders. The role of the group is to nominate issues for the agenda, stimulate partnering and identify potential new collaborations. The Sounding Board group meets at least twice a year.
